Attorney, Beth H. Zuckerberg

bethzuckerburg_web-193x300Arizona Attorney Beth H. Zuckerberg was born in New York and moved to Tucson, Arizona at the age of seven. After attending college at the University of Arizona, Beth moved to Massachusetts to attend law school at Western New England College, all the while knowing that she would return home to Arizona to live near her family. Her last year of law school was spent as a visiting student back home at the University of Arizona.

In 1998, after graduating, Beth moved to Phoenix and began working at a prominent Phoenix law firm, leading a discovery team in the lawsuit concerning the tobacco industry. When a settlement was reached, her career continued in the field of insurance defense. For 10 years Beth worked as an insurance defense attorney representing some of the largest insurance carriers and their insured’s in automobile accidents, malpractice, slip and falls and bad faith claims. Her focus changed to plaintiffs’ personal injury rather than defense in 2008. Beth’s prior experience as an insurance defense attorney gives her valuable insight into the valuation and tactics of the insurance industry and the attorneys that she faces in each case.

Beth lives in Phoenix with her husband Brian and daughter Maya. She actively participates in raising money for the fight against cancer and devotes her spare time to making designing and creating jewelry with her daughter, and spending quality time as a family.

Beth is an Arizona personal injury lawyer and a member of the State Bar of Arizona. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal court system throughout Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Office Manager, Crystal A. Rodriguez

crystalbeccera-193x300Office Manager Crystal Ann Rodriguez was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. The eldest of five children, Crystal was raised by her mother and grandmother. She is a first generation American. Because of her upbringing, Crystal has seen first-hand how difficult it is for the Spanish speaking community to communicate. She saw an overwhelming need for translators in everyday life, as well as law, and decided to take action. In 2007, Crystal actively began to translate for people in the legal community, and continues to do so today.

Crystal has attended Glendale Community College to complete her prerequisites in psychology. She will transfer to Arizona State University to continue her studies in psychology and minor in law. When Crystal has free time she loves to sew and craft. She makes one of a kind, handmade dolls and clothing for children.

Crystal lives in Metro-Phoenix with her husband Jose, and her two sons son Gabriel and Noah. She and her family have become part of a small group of Spanish speaking volunteers for Donate Life and Hospice of the Valley. Crystal recognizes that they can make a difference in the community by becoming more involved in it. She was raised with traditional Hispanic values and because of this she will continue to proudly serve her community.

Legal Assistant, Dora S. Arreola

Legal Assistant Dora Sauceda Arreola was born and raised in Phoenix, and has a strong sense of community pride. The second oldest of four children, Dora was raised by her mother and father. Dora lives in Metro-Phoenix with her husband Junior, and her two children Jessiqua and J.J.

Dora has been working in the legal field for over 13 years. Her wish is to help others in any way that she can. Dora and her family volunteer their time with the little league. Her hobbies and interests outside of the office include reading, barbeques, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Records Manager, Anthony Rodriguez

Records Manager Anthony Rodriguez was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Anthony is a first generation American. His mother was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and his father was born in Acapulco, Mexico. As the son of a small business owner, Anthony quickly understood the importance of hard work.

Anthony grew up helping his father in the family business and continues to do so today. He has seen firsthand not only the amount of perseverance it takes to run a business but the amazing life lessons that it has taught him. He has gained a better understanding of the ever expanding and overwhelming market in Phoenix.

Anthony is planning to attend Glendale Community College in the Spring of 2017. He will be focusing his studies on business with a minor in marketing. Anthony hopes one day to succeed his father and grow the family business. He is an avid gamer and loves to build PC’s in his spare time.

Marketing Specialist, Dara W. Montague

Marketing Specialist, Dara Montague was born in Brooklyn, New York. As the oldest of three sisters, Dara has always had a motherly instinct. She values the importance of face-to-face interaction and being able to relate to anyone she comes into contact with.

At the age of 16, Dar and her family moved across the country to Tucson, Arizona. Being thrust into a completely new environment with a totally different group of people is what makes Dara uniquely qualified for this position. Her good-natured attitude and bright smile make her an invaluable asset to Zuckerberg Law Firm.

Dara live in Phoenix with her husband, Steven and her three children. In addition to her work at the law firm, Dara is a Health Assistant within the Paradise Valley Unified School District.

Legal Intern, Bryce A. Montague

Legal Intern, Bryce Andrew Montague was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. As the middle of three children, Bryce has always found time to share with family. From a very young age, Bryce’s parents instilled in him the value of hard work and dedication.

Bryce graduated from Pinnacle High School in 2012. While attending school, Bryce played offensive line on the football team, all the while maintaining a perfect GPA. Bryce recently graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a degree in business marketing, and began law school at Summit Law School in the fall of 2016. Bryce is very active in the political arena, volunteering much of his time to the promotion of local politicians.

Bryce joined the team at Zuckerberg Law Firm in January 2015. He looks forward to a career in law.
